I discovered reflexology many years ago during a challenging time in my life. It brought me a sense of peace and calm I hadn't felt in a long time, and it inspired me to train so I could share that feeling with others. From that moment I knew I wanted to create a space where people could truly relax, recharge and feel nurtured inside and out.
While I love working as a holistic therapist, my passion has grown deeply into skincare too — from a quick refresh to my signature Ultimate Experience, every treatment is designed around your skin's needs. I love seeing clients leave the cabin with radiant, glowy skin, but also feeling calm, relaxed and glowing inside and out.
Reflexology uses gentle pressure across different areas of the feet as part of a calm, personalised treatment. Natalie offers each appointment as dedicated time to slow down, relax and enjoy a peaceful one-to-one experience.
